  Managing Attorney

  John J. Tucker is the Managing Attorney at Tucker Lawyers PC in New York, with over 30 years of experience in personal injury law. Starting his career in the insurance industry, he gained valuable insight into how insurers operate, which now informs his advocacy for injured clients. After 17 years at a major personal injury firm, he founded Tucker Lawyers PC in 2013 to provide compassionate, client-focused representation in cases involving accidents, workers’ compensation, and disability claims. He is also active in his community and recognized for his professional excellence. John has personally handled thousands of claims for clients who were victims of another’s negligence and fights relentlessly for their rights. John enjoys bringing closure to a client’s matter so that the injured party can move forward with their life. He takes great pride in being actively involved in helping people through hard times. John believes that, through their tireless work, attorneys provide for the safety and security of citizens by holding industries accountable and he will always fight for the little guy.

  Tom has over twenty years working in New York City for global corporates such as Macquarie Bank, Australia’s largest Investment Bank, Swiss Re, an international reinsurance company, and Fox Pitt Kelton, an insurance-finance firm. During his tenure, Tom specialized in working hands on with clients and was responsible for servicing individuals, hedge funds, and institutions. As a Senior Case Manager, Tom has the opportunity to use his vast experience in the insurance and financial fields to contribute to the firms success by delivering an unprecedented level of service. His astute attention to detail, innate understanding of client needs, and personal drive for success are key components to maximizing customer experience on a daily basis. Tom prides himself on his sincerity, dependability, and hardworking disposition.

  Adam N. Lepzelter

  Criminal Justice Lawyer

  Adam N. Lepzelter, Esq. graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from SUNY Albany, where he served on the judicial board for several years. During his time at Hofstra Law School, he served on the Executive Boards of Moot Court Competitions and The Public Justice Foundation. After graduating law school, Mr. Lepzelter became a solo practitioner, practicing in the New York City and Long Island areas.
